My 20 Day Pilates Challenge starts March 24th for 20 days.

Hand weights, pilates ball, booty band, long band, ankle weights optional

15-45min in length and a mixture of sculpting, stretch and cardio.

Challenges are suitable for all fitness levels as modifications and progressions are often provided. I advise you to listen to your body and complete the range of movement that feels right for you; remembering your body is your best guide.

You can - members can access past and current challenges in the online studio.

To keep you accountable the challenge tracker will be posted on my instagram stories the week before the challenge start date. You can also download it from the online studio in the challenge section

1. If you cancel your membership during a challenge that you have registered for, your access to the challenge will be revoked immediately.
2. If you cancel your membership during a challenge that you have registered for, you will be ineligible for any prizes or giveaways associated with the challenge.
3. All challenge participants must have a current, paid membership. Challenges are not open to participants who are undertaking a 7 day free trial.
