About Me

Hi, I’m Karlie

A Sunshine Coast based Instructor trained in Barre, Reformer, and Mat Pilates.

After working for 10 years in the marketing and events industry, I found Pilates by pure chance. I had always been into health and fitness but had never found anything that transformed my body, mind and spirit like Pilates.

I signed up to an anatomy course, and shortly moved onto my matwork qualifications – all while I was working full time. I was so excited to have finally found my ‘thing’, my ‘passion’ and I knew this was what I wanted to do all day, every day.

I have suffered from lower back and knee pain since highschool (thanks cross country running!), so I was amazed that I would walk out of a Pilates class feeling reenergised, feeling a ‘good’ sore rather than completely exhausted and fatigued.

Over the last 7 years I have evolved my style of teaching to include a fusion of pilates, barre, yoga, and functional training that I know you will love. For less than the cost of a cup of coffee per week you can sign up to my online workouts and have access to hundreds of workouts anywhere, anytime.

I want to introduce as many people as possible to Pilates, and encourage them to live a happy, healthy and well balanced life.
